Colleen Parsons was born and raised in Villa Hills on a family farm. She graduated from Dixie Heights High School in 1990 and attended NKU for a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance. She currently resides in Villa Hills on the original family property, married for 17 years, with two beautiful girls, Emily (14) and Abby (10). Colleen is a member of Mary, Queen of Heaven Church. She started in the mortgage business at People Bank of Northern Kentucky and has since been recognized with the N.Ky Association of Realtors Affiliate of the Year Award – 2016, American Mortgage Chairman's Club 2016, and Leadership NKY Class of 2005. She specializes in finding the right products and programs to fit her client’s individual needs. Colleen has been a member of the exclusive American Mortgage Chairman’s Club which recognizes the top Loan Officers in the company. Colleen has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. She has worked in the Greater Cincinnati area her entire life from working in a small community bank, to working for a large mortgage company inside a real estate office.
